Introduction

GLOBALSHIELD SECURITY SERVICES INCORPORATED (GSSI) is a security agency duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC) with SEC registration no. CS200408800 issued on June 9, 2004 and licensed with the Philippine National Police-Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies, (PNP-SOSIA). It operates in the entire Philippines in accordance with provisions of Republic Act No. 5487 as amended by Presidential Decree No. 100 & 1919.

The day to day operation is under the strict management of the President/Chief Executive Officer in coordination with the different department heads. The Agency is supported by retired and active military officers of the AFP and the PNP acting as consultants. The members of the office staff are equally efficient and well-trained.

The Agency has an armory equipped with firearms like 12 gauge shotguns, Caliber .38 revolvers and .9mm pistols. It has a communication network equipped with hand-held radios, telephones and cellular phones. The security guards are well-trained, honest, hard-working and have passed the standard procedures of procuring security guard licenses as provided for by the PNP-SOSIA and other local government agencies. They are supplied with all the paraphernalia required for security guards and reading materials to refresh them of their duties and responsibilities.
